On 15th October, 2023, Mega International Cultural Exchange Programme was held, online, with Rotary Club of Accra Industrial, Ghana, of RI Dist. 9104, along with several Rotary Clubs of Dist. 9104.

A full-house event, it was attended by District Governors of both RI Districts, 3191 and 9104.
Rotarians of RECB, India and of Ghana displayed colourful cultural programmes.
